In this workshop there will be a half-hour lecture followed by a  15-20 minute guided synergy meditation then, move onto a discussion and Q&A period to share what they experienced and  to ask any questions of the instructor. Gong Meditation with Dr. Michelle Hebert

$18.00 (Register directly with Michelle Hebert)

What better time to attend a gong meditation than the beginning of a New Year!  Every New Year is an opportunity for your Creative Self to blaze a new pathway.  Where do you want to place your focus this year?  What are your goals?   Write them down and we will let the vibration of the gong combine with your intentions so that you may experience the best year ever!

The class first starts with 15 minutesof breathing, stretching and movement (all beginner level) which allows the nervous system to prepare for the sound vibration.   Then class participants lie face up on a yoga mat or blanket in resting pose (Sivasana) and simply experience the tremendous healing sound vibrations.

What is a gong meditation like? Deeply healing and restorative.  As you listen to the gong's sound, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body.  The consequence is that your mind and body enter into a deep state of meditation where deep healing is possible.  Many class participants feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off of them by the end of the meditation.  This is due to the deep, effortless clearing of the subconscious that occurs as the sound vibration of the gong is experienced.

PRE-REGISTRATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!  (These events usually sell out).

"To sign up for this class, please visit www.TransformationThroughLove.com and click on "Gong Meditation".

Hypnosis for Weight Loss

$20.00 Advance / $30.00 Day of Event

Why Can't You Lose Weight and Keep it Off?  How many diets have you tried? How many pounds have you lost and gained back? How much did you weigh five years ago? Ten years ago? Twenty years ago?  If you have been successful in other areas of your life, why can't you successfully lose weight and maintain a healthier and more attractive body? Willpower is not enough! You need to harness the power of your subconscious to support your weight loss efforts, instead of sabotaging them.
Daniel has been a consultant to Weight Watchers International, and specializes in weight loss hypnosis as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with an office in Tempe. He has presented this workshop six times this year--always to rave reviews! In addition, Hypnosis is a PROVEN method to assist weight loss. In March 1999, the Smithsonian Magazine said, "With weight loss the evidence is conclusive, hypnosis does help people reduce." An article in the August 2004 issue of Oprah Magazine came to the same conclusion. For more information about Daniel and his work, go to his website: Inner Power Hypnosis.

The One Channeling Workshop

$20.00

Lida Korolyshyn is a clear channel for The One which has been described to her as the One Source, the One Consciousness and the One Divine Light. Since the Angels and Masters are of One Consciousness, for Lida, the experience of a channeling by The One represents these divine beings connecting with our consciousness. In both group and individual channeling sessions, messages are received and given through Lida. Each channeling is unique to the individuals present. The empowering messages delivered with Love and from Love may help you move forward in your life by releasing limiting thoughts and beliefs, and healing old wounds. In a time of great change on the planet, Lida believes the messages given are meant to guide individual souls by illuminating their path. Group sessions and workshops have the ability of not only helping an individual but also the group consciousness as well. In both group and private sessions, individuals may ask questions regarding any issue whether it is personal or general. The answers given by The One are always in alignment with Truth and in the highest and best interest of those present. So we invite you to experience the energy of Divine Love and Grace as you are enlightened by messages from The One.
